ROTENONE
Rotenone is a natural pesticide and Insecticide obtained from the roots of the Barbasco or Cube (Lonchocarpus nicou L). Rotenone is a contact-selective natural insecticide, non-systemic with acaricidal and parasiticidal properties.  It is considered a botanical insecticide and whose general use is as pesticide

USES
Rotenone, is used in the manufacture of natural organic and biodegradable pesticides. With the Pyrethrum generates a synergistic action by improving its effectiveness at the time of its application.

To combat all types of flying and crawling insects.

In Agriculture:
Rotenone is used in fruit trees (Citrus, Bananas Mangos, Apples, Peach, Pears, etc. ), vegetables and asparagus (Asparagus, Tomatoes, Onion, Celery, Spinach, Cabbage, Turnip, Paprika, Radish, etc. ), potatoes, legumes, and ornamental plants (Flowers).

Rotenone acts by ingestion and contact fighting Thrips, Fly mining, White fly, Aphids, Caterpillars, Grasshoppers, Red spider, Moth, Beetle, etc. It is effective against kereza.

Cattle raising
Rotenone is used in the manufacture of external antiparasites to exterminate fleas, lice, ticks, Bedbugs and ectoparasites that attack cattle, Equine, sheep and pets.

Aquaculture:
Rotenone is used in the manufacture of preparations to eradicate predatory or undesirable fish in ponds or swimming pools before cultivation of shrimp or prawns.
